Inverted control levers are on the comeback and I can say for certain that these would look bad ass on a custom chopper or bobber. The price seems a little steep from Maund Speed Equipment (click photos for link) but someone else surely makes these bad boys and if not surely someone can take a shot at it? Got these on your ride already, then send me a pic and I will post it up. Anything to give your ride that custom look. From what I have seen around the Birmingham area no one has these so be the first on your block and SEND ME THE PICS!!

Without getting into too much detail I recently found myself laid up in the hospital with tubes in my arms and plates, wires and screws in my ankle, feet and toes.. victim of R.O.A.M.N.D. (Riding On A Motorcycle Near Dumbasses).

While physically I may be fucked up I think the thing that messes with me the most is that I can’t afford another bike.. if it hadn’t been for this shitty economy I wouldn’t have gotten ridiculous financing from HD.. so here I sit.. broken body, out of work for the next few weeks and once again.. without a bike.. what to do what to do? ( I had full coverage insurance but that is only gonna pay off the bike and at best the few custom powder coated parts, solo seat and a few other things I added.)
Well, things like this always have a way of working themselves out.. I hope to see you cool mofos out on the streets real soon.. it just may be on a chopped scooter even.. which is even better in my book.. and cheaper in the long run.

Saturday’s weather proved to beneficial to a solo rider, it was cold, overcast and ugly.. kinda like me. So to get the blood flowing I jumped on the Fat Lady and went shopping for a new pistol.
I was looking for a pocket pistol that met certain criteria:
light weight
easily concealable (even in summer riding gear)
decent bite for it’s size
under $300
I looked at several different models from several different manufacturers and one that I really liked was the 22 magnum chambered “Pug” from NAA.

“The Pug” with an overall length of 4 1/2 inches and weighing in at just under 6 1/2 ounces this pistol meets the criteria and even adds a bit of style to the mix. While it may not have the knock down power of a .40 caliber or .38 special what it lacks in power in makes up for in velocity. I can only imagine what five of these to the face of an attacker would do.. can you say ‘this is your brain on “pugs”‘? (insert rimshot here)
Retailing for just under $300 for standard sites and @$315 for Tritium night sights “The Pug” may soon be a welcome addition to the RMF arsenal (or at least to my right boot).
This just goes to show you that you can go from being a really cool motherfucker to someone hated for no fucking reason overnight. Yusaf Islam.. Cat Stevens.. wtf ever! Rock the fucking world, what ever you do!
What comes to mind when you think of the word, loyalty? Webster’s defines loyalty as:
1.
the state or quality of being loyal; faithfulness to commitments or obligations.
2.
faithful adherence to a sovereign, government, leader, cause, etc.
3.
an example or instance of faithfulness, adherence, or the like: a man with fierce loyalties.
I think the one thing that has been unfulfilled in my life more than anything else is the need to belong to something bigger than myself and to have the respect and loyalty of my fellow brothers.
I tried it as a skinhead (when I was a fifteen year old kid) and found that they were more interested in beating the shit out of other white kids and each other rather than sticking together or having any sense of loyalty.
I tried it in church.. and was surprised by the number of good friends I had inside the church but outside of the church there was none to be found.. it was only while inside those walls or when on church sanctioned outings that we came together as a family and supported one another. When Monday morning came it was every man for himself.. hypocrisy runs deep, my own included, when you are struggling with something and everyone around you keeps failing themselves you grow disillusioned quick.. not to mention the whole, ‘hey by the way, you’re going to hell if you don’t believe like me’ bit.
I don’t know where to find loyalty and would I recognize it if I saw it. I have this warped sense of loyalty that expects you to have my back 100% of the time no fucking matter what and if you don’t.. well, if you don’t then fuck you forever motherfucker.. you and the rest of the fucking world!
Loyalty goes beyond having my back in a fist fight (though that better fucking go without saying) and coming to pick me up in the middle of the night when the scooter fucks up.. I want you to know that my loyalty runs fucking deep, I will stand up for you in a fight, even when you’re wrong. I will support you even when I think you’re wrong but I do it out of respect and that’s all I ask of anyone.. but that’s asking so much.
The one thing that I do know is true and you can take this to the grave, if someone is not loyal to you in the small ways.. they could NEVER be loyal to you when the time really comes.
Loyalty: never having to wonder if your friend(s) have your back.
